• Connect Stripe to take guest payments: in OwnerRez go to Settings, Payment Methods, Connect Stripe. David must do this personally (Stripe verifies identity, bank account, and tax ID).
• Vrbo calendar sync: needs David's Vrbo owner login and one decision, Instant Book or Request to Book.
